| If you're walking down the street, you'll notice that almost every second person these days has a pair of Birkenstock clearance sales. Not only are they comfortable and trendy, but they're good for your feet! There can often be confusion though of how to care for them, so we're here to help.
Follow this advice concerning how to take care of your shoes, to make sure you maximum benefit break down of those!
1. Stay away from Normal water
Water can damage the cork and dissolve the glue/sealant. If your shoes get wet, dried out of them slowly and far from immediate heating, never directly facing a heaters. In the event the buckles are exposed to sea salt normal water, rinse off these to steer clear of corrosion.

2. Steer clear of EXTREME Heating
Contact with concentrated heating may damage your Birkenstocks. Prevent leaving behind them in sunlight or in a vehicle on comfortable time and keep them away from heating units and fireplaces.
3. Air flow FOOTBEDS REGULARLY
Birkenstock footbeds are made from tiers of jute and cork covered within a suede liner, and they're created to process humidity through your feet. Airing the footbeds the build-up of odors stops brought on by unwanted moisture content.
